Return & Exchange Eligibility
We offer a 14-day return window for all full-priced items purchased through our official online store.
You can return or exchange the following products if they meet our conditions:
- Oversized T-shirts
- T-shirts
- Leggings
- Sports bras
- Joggers
- Tank tees
- Hoodies
Return conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items with pilling, markings, stains, or strong odors (smoke, perfume, detergent) will not be accepted.
- Sale items discounted 20% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Start a Return
Since we operate online-only, returns are handled entirely via our support team:
- Email us at support@rogueout.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
- Items sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds
- Approved returns are processed within 5 business days after inspection.
- Refunds are issued excluding shipping fees.
- Once processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges
- Need a different size or color?
- The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order.
- If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit valid for 12 months.

We take pride in delivering premium-quality streetwear. That’s why we offer a 12-month Rogue Guarantee:
- If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within 12 months, we’ll offer a one-time free replacement.
- This guarantee does not cover misuse, wear and tear, or accidental damage.
- Applies only to purchases made directly via Rogue’s official website.
