At Rogue, we want you to love your pieces as much as we do — from design to wear. If you’re not completely satisfied, our 14-day return and exchange policy makes the process smooth and stress-free.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return window for all full-priced items purchased through our official online store.

You can return or exchange the following products if they meet our conditions:

  • Oversized T-shirts
  • T-shirts
  • Leggings
  • Sports bras
  • Joggers
  • Tank tees
  • Hoodies

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items with pilling, markings, stains, or strong odors (smoke, perfume, detergent) will not be accepted.
  • Sale items discounted 20% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Start a Return

Since we operate online-only, returns are handled entirely via our support team:

  1. Email us at support@rogueout.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Items sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Approved returns are processed within 5 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds are issued excluding shipping fees.
  • Once processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color?
  • The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order.
  • If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit valid for 12 months.

We take pride in delivering premium-quality streetwear. That’s why we offer a 12-month Rogue Guarantee:

  • If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within 12 months, we’ll offer a one-time free replacement.
  • This guarantee does not cover misuse, wear and tear, or accidental damage.
  • Applies only to purchases made directly via Rogue’s official website.
