3. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders placed before 10 AM (weekdays) are usually dispatched the same day.
- Colombo and suburbs: within 48 hours
- Western Province: within 48 hours
- Outstation: 1–5 working days
- Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on Monday.
- Delivery times may vary during sales or product launches.
4. Returns and Exchanges

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
